About Your Program
You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
About The Team
Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day to day role will cover responsibilities such as:
- Deliver excellent customer experience and high-quality customer service, responsible for tracking and supervising the full lifecycle from order placement to payment and checkout, including after-sales processes.
- Manage project operations, oversee overall project risk and health, coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful delivery, resolve operational issues, optimize customer experience, control receivables, and manage after-sales services.
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational processes, continuously optimize SOPs, coordinate resources to resolve system-related issues, and track outcomes.
- Design customer operations strategies using the “Ten Questions” operational framework to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Execute customer operations and CRM configuration, including master data setup, go-live validation, customer onboarding and training, fulfillment tracking, issue resolution, and system usage training (procurement, payment, delivery, acceptance, after-sales, reconciliation, invoicing).
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections and minimize financial risk.
- Support Key Account Managers in developing customer credit/payment terms and coordinating customer review meetings.
- Handle customer after-sales cases, manage claims, and track issue resolution to closure.
About You

- Languages: Fluency in Mandarin is essential alongside Spanish or English
- Currently (or recently graduated from) university in Mexico or relocating back to Mexico.
- Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and nurture relationships
- Commercial Curiosity: Keen to learn about commercial business development
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and challenges.
