A leading international company that manufactures and markets finished building materials is seeking a BILINGUAL IT MANAGER to implement, international systems platforms, payroll processes nationwide, and other IT process.

Position Objective: Define and develop the organization's technology strategy. This may include identifying new technologies and solutions that can help the company achieve its goals and maintain its competitiveness. It may also involve long-term planning for the technology infrastructure.
Main Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience working in IT operations
• Experience leading and managing large-scale IT projects and expanding IT infrastructure across various technologies
• Extensive practical knowledge of computer systems, security, network and system administration, databases, data storage systems, and Com systems
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• High proficiency in project management and strong ability to set priorities
• Strong command of IT infrastructure and best practices in operations
• Experience working with SAP and office software
• Mandarin Chinese (HSK5 +) and/or advanced English (C1 – minimum) are essential and exclusive
Responsibilities
• Analysis of software implementation requirements at the national level and in relation to the parent company
. Lead large-scale IT projects, including the design and implementation of new IT systems and services
• Monitor the performance of IT systems to assess cost and productivity levels and make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
• Help define the IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the company to develop solutions for IT needs
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
