realme is a global electronics manufacturer headquartered in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, widely recognized for its smartphones and innovative technology. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Assistant to join our team in Mexico.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Position Purpose

Provide direct support to the Regional Manager through real-time translation, operational coordination, and reporting, ensuring effective communication and accurate follow-up on strategic instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide real-time English–Spanish translation for the Regional Manager during meetings, visits, and daily operations.
Translate key information, instructions, and strategic guidelines for internal teams.
Create and maintain Excel reports based on collected field data.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure execution of instructions given by the Regional Manager.
Coordinate and maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams.
Availability to travel and visit Points of Sale in Jalisco and other states.
Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.

Requirements

Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Communication, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
At least 6 months of experience in a similar role or translation-related activities.
Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under objectives.
High level of organization and sense of urgency.
