The Payment Cycle Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and compliance of all compensation processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Audit and validate all aspects of the company's payment cycle to ensure accuracy, consistency, and full compliance with internal and external standards.
- Analyze large-scale databases and financial reports to identify trends, discrepancies, or potential process improvements.
- Develop clear and actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across payment operations.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Accounting teams worldwide to ensure data integrity and timely issue resolution.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing comprehensive reports and ensuring documentation accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in auditing, compensation analysis, or financial operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid command of data management tools.
- Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent English required; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Flexibility during critical payment cycles or audit periods.
